We joined Mrs. Keating's class and played math bingo today!

Thank you to Mrs. G. and Mrs. M. for teaching us about Diwali!

We had a great week! Ask your child about our morning meeting activities. So far we have learned group juggling, Mr. Mumbles and Koseeki.

Have a wonderful weekend!

A Short Week Full of FUN!

3rd Grade Rocks!

We met our Kindergarten Buddies today! We paired up with Miss Felton's Class and had snack and did a getting to know you activity.

Mrs. Weldon came in this week to help us get ready for our field trip to Plimoth Plantation! Please remember to return the permission slips and money by November 4th.

Here are some of the greetings we have been practicing during our morning meeting. It has been fun and challenging to learn "hello" in different languages.

Having a difficult day? Feeling stressed or need some energy? Ask your child to teach you one of our many mindful breathing exercises! The "snake" is very popular!

Our magic singing bowl arrived last week! It helps us take a break and concentrate on listening to the sounds around us. One minute can be a really long time when you are being still!!

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! The weather looks fabulous!

Here is what happened this week!

In Social Studies we learned about New England and the regions that make up Massachusetts! We also read a Scholastic News Magazine that made us think about Hurricane Matthew!! Next week we will start experimenting with magnets and finish typing our personal narratives.

We are so close to earning a grade level locker decorating reward!!!

Here we are with Ms. Martin during our first Social Skills class! Ms. Martin will be working with us once a month throughout the year. We love when she comes to visit us!

I hope everyone has a wonderful long weekend!
